Its Our Birthday !!

It's truly amazing how time flies! ONE YEAR has passed since we got together.

I don't think we concentrated much on work today. In fact, i dragged Peck Leng and Andy together with me to Taka to get EJ's present. Of course, we had lunch there first. We treated Peck Leng to a lunch.

After that, we hurried down to Kate Spade and Burberrys to compare styles, prices, and brands. Three guys on a mission. In the end though, i decided not to get the burberrys one, yet, because Kate Spade was a more unique bag and more practical. Do girls buys bags for practical reasons? well, i think whatever the reason is for girls buying bags, it will forever be lost on me. That much money for a bag isn't worth it of course. But that amount of $$ to see the smile on EJ's face is a steal!!

People keep making fun of how we make it a point to celebrate or at least make our monthly anniversaries special. But i think it's lovely. It has been the best relationship i have ever been in. This past year, i feel that i have grown so much. And a lot of it has to do with EJ. She's always been there for me, as my strength and comfort in tougher times, and as my best friend and buddy in good times. I enjoy every minute spent with her.

I will always be there for you baby! I'm the luckiest guy in the world. Note to future me: when you're reading this, and hopefully you would not have aged too much, be reminded of how great EJ and you are together. Always be patient and understanding because this is the best thing that's ever happened to you!!

We had dinner at Porta Porta, where we had dinner exactly one year ago! Lasagna for me and pasta ( spicy ) for EJ, followed by tiramisu for dessert. We had such a long chat, strangely enough about our past relationships. Very interesting. Love having these chats with her.

TADA!!! unveiling the presents. For me, I got a HUGO BOSS wallet, my previous wallet is in rather bad condition and that was given to me by mogan. I have to take better care. I also got a packet of M&Ms, because this was one of the first things EJ ever got for me ! A book that i have been pestering her to get, a nice journal to store pictures for what we want in our future home/habitat.



I bought EJ an Kate Spade bag. hmmm....
