Choco Craze
A little new chocolate boutique opened just a couple of days ago at Raffles City - much to the delight of Ms Chocoholic, me. I've been watching it each day as I walk by in the morning, wondering when it will be opening its little white gates. I was curious about the bright pink and yellow bits of decor. Very cheery and inviting. Yum....
Finally, when Munch came to pick me up today after work, we decided to walk in to see what's in store. The nice lady said their truffles are their best sellers. Ok, I happily picked 2 white truffles, and 2 champagne truffles. They looked promising. She brightly chirped, " And that would be $15 ma'am!" Wow. That was like, only for 4 pieces of chocolates? Fifteen bucks altogether. They better taste darn good.
We took the little pieces out as we got into Blackster (the car). We looked at them, admired them a while more, before we popped them into our mouths. Yesssss! They are worth every single dollar and cent! Each piece melted so intense and flavourful in our mouths, before gliding smoothly down our throats. (Or at least I, the chocoholic, thought so.) Hmmmmmmmmm....... Decadence once in a while is SWEET. Yummy... go try it!

Great, now I know what to get for my "I cant waste my time on cadbury anymore" choco-freak colleague!
No regrets one, you should try it too!
But really, this is just indulgence once in a while. I'm happy with my Kit Kat or M&S Choco-coated digestives cookies any other day!
Ok ok, I must say that you tend to have good, discerning tastes when it comes to fattening stuff. Yeah, that includes those chocolates you always bring back from Europe. What's gonna be from the Land of the Finnish?
