Glory to the New Born King

Oh come all ye faithful...

Christmas, always a season of joy and thanksgiving. Amazing how a boy born on this day a couple thousand years ago was so special, a God's gift to us. This gift of salvation is certainly one that we hold dear to, something that we know is real and eternal. The walk may always be tough, peppered with temptations to stray from the path, but we learn to draw strength from Him to stay focused.

Just came back from midnight mass at IHM, a seemingly annual Christmas affair with Pam and James. This Christmas is special for me, being my first as a confirmed Catholic. Partaking of the eucharist felt extra meaningful, no longer do I stand around to wait for the others to come back from the altar. It didn't follow with the kopi at the coffee shop, but Pam and James are always a joy to be with. =)

Here's wishing all a blessed merry christmas from the Munchkins!

Ok, on for more turkey later on?
