One Day After
There were so many words of congratulations, and I was so nervous, voice shaking while saying my vows. And now I can't quite remember who was the first to call me "Mrs Heng". Haha... It was a great day. It was God's grace that the weather was timely, drizzling just when people settled down to their food - a cooling finale. It was God's grace that everything went on smoothly. We could only whisper "Thank you Jesus" between us at the end of it all.
Haven't gotten most of the pictures yet, but here are some taken briefly, to share with everyone. Thank you all for your well wishes and words of blessings.... HUGS =)
Make-up time, with my "gila" hair, and a last shot before we go!
My strongest supporter Mogs, arriving with my T-shirt on already! Heh... K was The Boy's strongest supporter, she arrived sporting his T-shirt. The 4 groomsmen's T-shirts bearing my face formed the sentence "Hands Off She's Taken" and the 4 bridesmaids' T-shirts, with his face, spelt "Hands off He's Taken". We realised most of them were quite reluctant to wear the tees... haha!!
And our pretty bridesmaids at the reception.
The tables - we had all the tables numbered "1A", spelt in different ways but the same sounding, cos everyone's reaction when they got our boarding passes was "Huh? We all sit on the same seat 1A ah?" So... it was a last minute touch to add to that fun. And not forgetting our "tear-out" portions of the boarding passes hanging on the verandah!
Caught while posing for John, our photographer. Not The Boy's most glam shot though. Haha. Thanks John, you were great! Can't wait to see the pictures!
Lastly, some of the greatest people we love so much. A big thank you, you were great guys!! (Except you were the ones too shy to come dressed in MY T-SHIRT!!)
