Hey Hey! reporting live from LA....
We're 18 frigging hours behind you so its going to be a little difficult to call.
Thought I'd give the blog a go. Anyway, were you serious about me having to write a report on everything that happens?
By the way, the SQ flight on the way here was delayed due to a technical problem, and we had to change planes. So we arrived here 2 hours behind schedule. THATS WHY I DIDNT CALL OK!! But kudos to Singapore Airlines for turning the situation around so quickly. We even had a printed apology from them within the half hour.
We collected our rental car and drove to the hotel. Rather thrilling ride since it was a left hand drive and took some getting used to.
Hopefully i get a chance to do some shopping.... ;)
Kel told me about tomford's estee lauder perfume or something.
Still have your list with me, no, i havent lost it..no, i havent used it to blow my nose.
We're staying at the Courtyard Marriot. Not too bad. Free internet! One of the first things i did was to set up my "work station" with all the adaptors and eletrical plugs you packed for me.
Again, i'm really here for work ok, not on holiday, not to enjoy myself!
Sheryl Crow said it best when she said " This aint no disco, it aint no country club either, This is LA"
Anyway, it's not the same, you know why.

Sorry, a bit disjointed. Distracted watching the oscars. Yes, keep the reports coming too. Good job on this first round. Pretty much detailed enough, except you didn't state where was dinner. Hahahaha.. did you have giant american burgers?
