Gown in Construction

We were at Margaret's on Sunday for my first fitting. Both dresses are turning out good. Finally I can see the dresses I've been trying so hard to visualise for ages. EG was a bit on the low-cut side though. Dunno. Margaret says I'm too conservative. I kept pulling it up. But Jem-mummy kept saying it was alright. Haha. She's a lot more daring in her dressing than me.

Here's a sneak peek at the WG. Frankly, I love it. Though I'm worried about the massive length of the cathedral train..... to the gals who have been there done that, with the experience as the bride - will too long a train be toublesome and hard to move around in?

EG?looks like WG!

Long train...pple will step on it. My EG train wasn't that long but I had to keep holding onto it to move around from table to table. Everyone had to keep out of my way. Haha.

No la babe, this one in the picture is the EG.

Oh no, will they really step on it? Better get some bodyguards to steer the people away then, haha.

Ok, margaret's doing the hook onto the finger for me. hope it helps.

eh, i'm confused - it says the pic is of the WG?

i did the "hook onto the finger" thingy too and found it very useful for moving around during the church recept. but during the dinner it was difficult to keep dropping it and picking it up again while moving around the tables so i just didn't bother and got everyone to move out of the way :)

EG or WG it looks nice. such a teaser photo... :) i loved Margaret Brides gowns but i looked terrible in them. bah.

too long a train is a bit tiresome. how about a middle ground? otherwise just make sure your "entourage" knows how to keep people clear of it!

OOPS! I meant this picture is the WG. Sorry for the confusion! Hehehe.

gee, that's true. you need your "entourage" to know what to do, to keep the people clear. but the EG train won't be so long i think, should be quite ok to manage. Just the WG one. Come to think of it, I better get some help during the outdoor photography then?
