Le Weekend Started with Shit

Ok, the title has no inference to how our day was, or the fact that today is our 2 1/2-year anniversary. The day started late due to work in the morning. (Sigh, what's new?) Nonetheless, we pressed on, hoping to spend this special day with the wax figures at Images of Singapore.

The Boy decided to stop by the Golden Arches at East Coast Parkway for a quick bite and to get some cash. Lo and behold, the moment I stepped out of Blackster, sweeping my hair with my fingers, I felt something wet and warm went "splat" on my hand. Dammit. You could have guessed by now.

I WAS HIT BY THE BIRD SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I was visibly traumatised, whinning non-stop. This has not happened since I was in sec. 2. That fateful morning 13 years ago, I was on my way out to school early in the morning when the BIRD SHIT hit me. I had to go back home to change and was subsequently late for school.

This time round, we didn't make it to the Island of fun. The princess spoilt brat demanded to be sent home for a thorough clean-up. And yes, The Boy was very much amused by the whole bird affair. Prompted us to go buy 4D, which only till now have I realised we forgot to do it!
