Went down to Shang again this evening to do a re-tasting of some of the items on the menu we were EXTREMELY unhappy about, following the previous food tasting.

The shark's fin soup is MUCH MUCH better this time round, let's hope they will ensure the same amount and quality of shark's fin on the actual day. Here's the new player - which is also MUCH MUCH better than some gigantic lingzhi mushroom which you can never grip properly with those chopsticks. So there, we can now rest our minds with regards to the food. On to the list of other "things to do", not much time left, YIKES!
