Mr Chef
Have been really busy these days, didn't get around to posting a few entries. Balancing work with wedding preps is certainly quite a challange. It's table arrangements now. Imagine how we were spending so much time working it out, when we realised that the floor plan had more tables than what we needed. Which means the floor plan has to be revised to remove a couple more tables, to space out the remaining tables. Which means whatever table number we were painstakingly assigning to each table IS NOW VOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ARGHK!!!!
Anyhow, over the weekend, amidst our busy schedule doing this and that for the wedding AND household chores, we managed to squeeze in some time to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary. We were wondering if this was going to be our last time celebrating our "pak-tor" anniversary. Whilst we were at Jason's, The Boy had the sudden inspiration to cook. So we gathered the ingredients, and it was action time.
Dinner tasted YUMMY. Didn't know he can cook quite well. Haha. The only glitch - I forgot to take pictures of the dishes - sambal snowpeas, black pepper beef and chicken & mushroom stew - in my eagerness to tuck in the food. Oh well, I'll be sure to do that the next time! :)
