Sweet Ecstasy in My Hands

Photoshoot by a certain high-society magazine today. One of the socialies left her shoes behind. We collected them to safekeep for her, till she is free to come by and pick them up. Holding this bag with my 2 hands was sheer ecstasy, sheer elation, even if it was for that one minute. I haven't quite imagined them to be so close, yet so far before!!!!

One thing though, the shoes inside were not manolos. But still out of my league nevertheless.

When asked if she was working around nearby so that we can return her the shoes:

Socialite:: Oh no, I don't work. My husband works around here.

BB Elephant:: Oh ok, then what do you do normally? Do a bit of cleaning around the house, shopping?

Socialite:: No no, I don't clean the house. I have a maid. I, I go yoga everyday, and uh, I go do my nails around town every few days. My friend, XX, goes yoga with me everyday too. So we hang out with each other.

EE Elephant:: Oh ok.

Damn. Her life sounds enviable. What would I be doing everyday, if my application to be a tai tai is accepted?

Tai tai-dom is only fun when there's the moo-lah to go with it! Husbands must work harder! hahaha!

If her friend has so much free time...maybe she should think about giving herself a better name other than XX.
