A Sizzling Date

Ok, I've got to be one of the last to put this up. But apart from a crazy day at work, the Internet connection somehow just didn't allow me to log in.

Dinner with the blogger babes last evening was great. It's now also known as the BMW Club, the Beautiful Married Wives Club, affectionately coined by lilsnooze and little-missus.

Seldom you meet a whole group of friends who knows exactly what's going on in your life. The things we talked about could just go on and on. From "show-hand" by seasoned tour group travellers that lilsnooze funnily accounted, to moomeh's pending delivery that we are all so excited about, to power lunch-time shopping by beanbean and cabbycabcab's gushing account of her Rain concert. Which led to K dramas, in-laws, parents, motherhood (KIV for now), holidays and whether we would still be able to fit into our wedding gowns. Seriously, I've forgotten when was the last time I consciously stayed away from carbs.

Sizzlers wasn't too bad. The last time I went there was probably for one of those JC band dinners. The salad bar was decent and the grilled items looked pretty good, though a tad oily. Good value for money. Except for the ambiguous terms and conditions of this certain promotion that they are having, that piggypat passionately debated over.

The evening of good food, great company and hearty laughter passed quickly, but not without a picture of us altogether!
