A Handful and Some Sweetness
Decided to take the MRT from The Boy's workplace to work today. Whilst on the train, I took my position slightly further in from the doors. There wasn't any railing close by, so I counted on my balancing power.
Alas, the train jerked and I was thrown into a state of panic! The first thought that came into my mind was to grab my baby's arm. But he was obviously not with me. Still I grabbed an arm, the arm of a middle-aged man with thick black moustache, to regain balance. Dammit. As I muttered "sorry sorry", I felt myself turning red. Alamak, it was damn embarrasing loh. I could have smacked myself for such clumsiness!!!!
I alighted at the very next station and scurried out of the train as quickly as I could. I'll be sure to look for railings / handle bars the next time! =p
The Boy may have felt my malu-ating incident this morning. I was presented with a sweet little card from him in the evening. Absolutely love little notes from him. He might have overlooked though, that both rabbits were wearing dresses and had pink noses. But I would pretend it's us anyway! heheheh. And it's quite funny how he has taken my obsession with ants to an illustrative level.....

hahha.. dun worry, it happens :)
My no 1 pet peeve in crowded trains is those inconsiderate people who lean against the railing!
And trains are supposed to be smoother ride than buses right? Not at all.
awww.... He's not making it easy for they guys out there huh. They are so gonna hate him. :p

yuling > haha, you facing some problems with ants at home?
zealous > well, between him and I, I'm definitely the boring, practical, go-by-the-book, less creative one. hee.

i also don't like those people who like to lean against the "pole". never consider for people (like us) who needs to hold to keep our balance.
either that, and those who keep blocking the door. makes it so hard for me to get out of the carriage when i moved in for the sake of other people.
shuen > we LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE you too!! *hugs*
candice > uh, let me guess. They must be singaporeans? :p
