Lunch & Floating
Met up with Little-Missus today, and was greeted with a youthful and bubbly new haircut she just had over the weekend!! I had a great time chatting with her (an extended, detailed catch-up session) over our La Mian and yummy pumpkin cakes at Imperial Treasures. I felt bad though, having made her lug all her heavy wedding albums all the way for me to look at. The albums were lovely, as we both sighed over how we miss the days of our wedding prep and the wedding celebrations! So sorry once again Candice, but thanks for the sweetest gesture!! :)
In the evening, some of us at the hotel went over to the floating platform that is now set to hold the first National Day celebrations at the Marina Bay. This was a sponsor's night, an introduction to the floating platform. Met my uncle whose on the organising committee, and he proudly showed us around the platform, explaining how the NDP celebrations would be like. Awesome stuff they have done here, an incredible job!!
And of course, I had to whip out my camera to take a few shots, for this momentous occasion of stepping foot onto this giant floating stage for the first time. And don't think I'll be here when the actual mania starts - the crowds (AND TRAFFIC) would be too scary! 
Back at the office, gleeful smiles... after @ndrea gulped down 3 beers!!!! And r@e looking stoned.

yeah! join us for lunch one day, but we can't make you come all the way here - cos you still have to walk through city link from city hall mrt. we can't make mummies-too-be walk too much. maybe next time we go over to raffles place!! :D

tiffany > no la babe! they were serving beers at the floating platform gathering, which we had a few before coming back to the office. ;)
hehehe, we sometimes have (too much) wine during lunch and then giggle our way through work the rest of the day! =p
