I Love Betty Crocker
What happens when you wanna bake yummilicious muffins but don't have the time to spare, to do it from scratch?
Betty Crocker's instant mix for blueberry muffins was a breeze to use, foolproof, the cleaning not as intensive too. These lovely confectionaries were out from the oven in just 20 minutes! Something for The Boy to have as breakfast tomorrow...

i used her too!
Do they have those disposable muffin trays? I dread the washing up. :P
Must put my microwave oven to a test-bake soon.
I think it was Betty Crocker's choc cookie mix I used back then. Pretty good too!
tiffany > she's great yah! :D
lilsnooze > No worries about cleaning up, as long as you use the muffin linings! Both my trays were not dirty at all (see picture), only a little grease that seeped through. No. of pieces to clean up: 5 (2 baking trays, mixing bowl, 1 spoon, measuring cup). EASY, try it!!
domesticrat > Yup yup, her cookie mixes also very easy to use, taste great too!! :)
I just rem I baked these back in Boston many years back hen I was fooling around my friend's kitchen! Hehehe
