I Can't Feel My Legs

I did it. After much deliberation, including a membership with a certain yoga centre that hasn't expired but I swear never to step foot into again - will be GLAD to share WHY.

This is good - it's near my workplace, so the 5-minute walking distance will be less of a deterance compared to the faraway (though at no cost) gym at SAFRA NSRCC. Fitness fanatics like Squarenails, Faerieimps, Cosmic Cow and Piggypat have greatly inspired me with their "PAIN, give it to me!" spirit.

Today was personal training session 2. Halfway through the weights machines, I was seriously considering about selling off this personal trainer package. I was miserable. IT WAS F*RKING PAINFUL!!! I limped my way back after that. I lost my legs. I couldn't feel my legs anymore. I felt faint. I felt nauseous. I kept yawning. Yes, I momentarily dozed off for a bit halfway through my repetitions. I can't explain why. The trainer was quite amused.

Back home, I tried to persuade The Boy to take over my package. He said, "No pain, no gain lah, beh." -_-

Ok, guess I'll persevere. No pain no gain. Bye cellulites, bye flabby arms and thighs. Press on!!

Come tomorrow, I'm quite sure my lower torso will just fall off though.

when that pain wears off, you're going to get firmer muscles. then you're going to go all gleeful.

Don't give up on weights training. As you burn off the fats with cardio exercises, weights training will give your muscles that defined look that I swear you will love how you look in a slinky dress thereafter. And yoga is still good, to relax those tense muscles from weights and cardio exercise. Best of all, your complexion will have that beautiful glow that no makeup can ever achieve. By now, you can tell I'm very PRO exercise. Hee...
