I Love Him to Shreds
The Boy got me a pair of this sweetie for our first year's anniversary. 
In return, I got him this mean little machine that he's been wanting to have for the longest time. Although I can't quite figure out why you would need a shredder at home, his glee and eagerness to "shred some stuff" was just too endearing.
"It helps me to get organised around the house for once, rather than leave papers all over the place," he explained. Right, not sure why a pair of scissors can't do the trick. The funny things men do.

well, my dad absolutely loves the shredder we have at home. i think it's a guy thing.
though my colleagues are convinced it can be quite therapeutic to shred things, esp when you're feeling stressed. heh.
hey, i was eyeing the shredder (for absolutely no reason at all by the way, except that it seemed like a neat thing to have!) but DD just rolled his eyes... :)
