Never Too Young To Start

Never stepped into Zara at Vivocity before. Have always assumed that it's the same as Zara anywhere else, with almost the same collection. Yet 2 evenings ago, when The Boy and I were at Vivocity for dinner, for some reason, I decided to check out Zara.

And I was surprised (and super delighted) to see that there's a Zara section for babies and toddlers! All the baby girls' clothes were super cute, super sweet. Man, if I were Squarenails, having a baby girl, I would have gone oh so crazy. My daughter's Zara wardrobe would start from age 0!

Shopping aside, when we were shopping at Parkway Parade over the weekend, came across this at Challenger.

WOW! Guess I'm a techno idiot, but I was really surprised to see this! Gosh, how big is 1 TB? How many GB is that?! Can put your whole life in there lor!

1 terabye (TB) = 1,000,000,000,000 bytes or 1,000 gigabytes.

Fwahh.. i'll go crazy with that size and load it up with lotsa mp3, movies, dramas, photos etc.

haha... 1TB of storage is really a lot sia. But recommend that you avoid Maxtor brand coz hard disk failure rate is higher than most HDD brands out there ;p

wwenzz > Waaaaaaaaah, that's unimaginably huge! Would it be unstable?

eiaine > yeah babies clothes are always super cute!

candice > but dunno whether "safe" or not. like too huge to put all your eggs into.

wollendrums > really? didn't realise there's a Topshop in s'pore with babies' clothes!

tiffany > oh yah that's right, forgot that there's a kids' section at the zara liat towers too!

Wow, FOUR?! That's admirable! I don't think i can cope!

shutterbug > Maxtor?! I just bought one lor! But it's got 5-year warranty leh. Shite :(

don't worry about the maxtor brand. if you bought it from challenger, bring it back to customer service within 7 days if there is an issue, and beyond that, maxtor has to honour the 5-year warranty (take it from me!)

I must be the only mommy who buys the least number of frocks for my little girl. Somehow, I find it difficult to carry her when she's in a dress as it itches up and then her tummy and all will be exposed...
