Christmas Eve Insomnia

It's 4:39am, and I'm awake. Was Lilmissnooze right? Is blogging that addictive?

Actually, am having difficulty sleeping. Can't seem to doze off into lala land, like how I usually can so expertly do. Festive season is supposed to be a period of joy and celebration. It seems that work has gotten the better of me, and the stress has taken its toll. Am in fact fretting about CNY and Valentine's already, even though Christmas ain't over yet - gotta always do these planning in advance. And this is just barely a week since we came back from the rejuvenating trip to Myanmar.

Christmas gift shopping was quite a mad rush too. Did it all in the span of 3 days since we got back from the trip. Not bad eh? Ha, but it sure was stressful, not to mention staying up till 2am to wrap the pressies. So folks, no more last minute shopping!!

Anyway, let me attempt to go back to sleep now. Got a long day ahead. The exciting line-up of Christmas eve later on:

1) Check out the tiles' shop (first concrete step towards our Habitat reno!!)
2) Fitting for ROM dress (wonder how it'll turn out)
3) Annual Christmas gathering at Munch's grand uncle's place
4) Christmas evening mass at IHM with Pam

Maybe I should try counting reindeer to sleep now... I'm gonna dream of a white christmas... and may the days be merry and bright... Merry Christmas!
