And the Band Goes Marching In
Very happy for Brader. He's finally married. It's still sinking in, can't quite imagine how we were so young and childish back in JC, skipping classes to go King Alberts Park or hide in the band room to play carrom. Once, we even had a marathon of singing all the national day songs non-stop for an hour. And now he's a MAN! Haha.
Typical, and true to his style, all the music chosen were of the classical, band-type genre, aka Pomp and Circumstance. Also, you don't get to attend too many weddings with a french horn quartet playing. Truly, it was a beautiful affair. We saw the steady, stable side of Brader, that ME and I agreed that could be the factor that attracted Caiwei to him. Hee.
The guys from my days in NTU band were there too, including Lao Shi. He's still such a sweet old man, the stylo-milo musician with his classic scarf (not shown here). Always full of admiration for him.
And here's also a blurry shot of all of us, catching a moment with the bride and groom. And catching up with old friends.
And of course, how could we do without this classic shot?

Hihi,
So sorry to be random but I stumbled upon your blog (was googling Engaged Encounter) and I love your dress and you look gorgeous in it! Mind sharing where you got it from? If not its ok. So sorry to intrude :) Thanks!
Hie hie, welcome! Thanks! :)
But just to be sure, you are referring to the pink ROM dress right? If so, I had it tailored by my bridal designer, Margaret. She's pretty good. :D
You planning to go for EE?
No worries, thanks for dropping by! :)
Oh no i was referring to the green dress in this entry :)Though your pink ROM dress is really really pretty too. I'm sure your wedding gown will be even better!
Yes, planning to go for EE soon... heard quite alot of good things about it from people who have been, so am looking forward to it.
Haha, oops! This green one was bought at Allure. They have pretty dresses from time to time! :)
We went for EE sometime back. Yes, it was a very enriching experience. Go for it, we enjoyed it tremendously!
hello-ooo...it's really surreal, eric's a married man! :)
Where was his dinner held?
cabbycabcab > I KNOW!! I was telling the guys that I still couldn't quite come to terms with him being grown up and all. Haha. Especially when we were flipping through his wedding photos, eeekks. Cannot quite imagine him as being "loving" - all I remembered were the times of craziness, childish bantering and him being "irritating". ahahahah
Dinner was at Oriental. Oh, where's yours by the way?
Mine will be at the Fullerton :)
btw, I've been locking up my entries quite a bit, so please log on for a read okie?
Ah ok, yes allure does have pretty dresses. Hee, probably its not so much the dress but just that it looks great on you :)
Yes, looking forward to going for EE. Its definitely healthy to go for some sort of marriage prep course before the wedding day.
Thanks so much for taking the time to reply to my comments! Have a great rest of the week :)
cabbycabcab > NICE! Oh yah, when is it again? How's the prep?
Chey, no wonder I was thinking you must be a busy busy woman, no new entry for so long. hahaha.. okie i go check it out.
karen > thanks, haha, aiyoh, don't say that. Their dresses ARE pretty anyway. :)
Great! Have you signed up for the EE? When you going? It'll be very insightful for sure. Won't tell you anymore about it. ;)
Have you planned on a wedding date yet? Started on any preps? So exciting!!!! :D
