Over The Weekend

It was a packed weekend, as with our any other weekends. Took Saturday morning off, just so that I can fiddle around the house, doing some housework (part 1 of spring cleaning for CNY), and FINALLY getting down to doing up our wall montage. Yes, Shutterbug would be glad to know that we have finally gotten down to putting up his masterpieces on our wall! I must say that drilling 1 hole is pretty alright. But having to drill 6 holes took us a while as we had to make absolute sure that our measurements are as accurate as possible!

Then, it was spending the rest of the afternoon trying to move all my contacts over to the new phone - courtesy of The Boy. Guess this makes up part 2 of the valentine's/birthday/1st ROM anniversary present. Part 3 from Barcelona?? Hee

And it's congratulations to the arrival of lilmsbead-a-lot's lil one! Went over to Mt Alvernia this afternoon to catch a glimpse of the tiny one, and boy, he's absolutely adorable!! Here's the daddy giving The Boy some crash course in baby-carrying, and me, second time carrying a new-born. The feeling's just inexplicable!

Went over to Pasir Ris Park, Fisherman's Village for an early dinner. The evening breeze was such a welcome compared to the blazing hot afternoon earlier on. One of our favourite eateries, the Reef seemed to be no longer there. So ended up having cze char instead. This quiet time alone together would be our "valentine's day dinner". Loved every moment of it.

candice > thanks babe! you should have carried him la, he's so tiny! :)

silver-crv > thanks thanks! and thanks for the little card too! :)

lilsnooze > that's the problem when you have a very good photographer (read shutterbug) and you are tempted to put up all the pictures. But Jem already said, cannot put so many, or kena our house will look like bridal studio!

beanbean > it's hard work but feels good at the end of it, so go for it gal!

haha, i like the way you put it - ask the husband to buy and you TRADE ;)

pei fen > yup yup, it'll be a lot of fun with more company! Ok onz! Will email you my number. :D

shutterbug > thanks for all these :)

sharon > thanks babe! go check out pasir ris fisherman's village then! Although there aren't too many options of eateries. We like east coast park too, one of our favourite hangout places being beach cabana. :)

vanessa > Of course you will babe! Be patient, and press on! the right one will come soon! :)
