Bag The Vintage
Yes, I continued with my little indulgence after the vintage dress, without the initial intention to, of course. I've never really looked at vintage bags, as most of those I've seen were really old, a bit too worn out for my liking. So what happens when you chance upon a couple in pretty decent, good condition? Like I was telling Domestic Rat, I couldn't resist them!
Especially the metal mesh bag in ivory white....my mum used to have something like this, and I would run my fingers up and down the cool metal mesh. So happy now that I've gotten the one bag I've always wanted, played with as a little girl...
By the way, I've come to realise that the ladies' feet in those days were much smaller and slimmer. Most of the shoes are quite tiny. One of the ladies at the vintage shops told me that nowadays, the youngsters have much bigger and broader feet, so can't fit into most of her shoes!
